Terms of service
Draft for review before launch. Prices, cancellation rules, provider details, applicable law and mandatory consumer information must be confirmed before accepting paid bookings.
Enquiries and bookings
The site presents Anna’s independent online language lessons. Sending a form or message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A lesson is confirmed only when Anna and the learner agree the language, format, time, platform and price. A parent or guardian must arrange lessons for a minor.
Prices and payment
The final price, currency, payment method, package contents and any taxes or receipt details will be communicated before payment. Currency conversions shown on the site are indicative. The site does not currently take automatic payments; never submit card or banking credentials through a contact form.
Scheduling and cancellations
Availability is subject to confirmation. The cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, expiry and refund rules applying to a purchase must be provided before payment and accepted by the learner. Both parties should give reasonable notice when a confirmed lesson must move. Online access and a suitable device remain the learner’s responsibility.
Learning materials and legal rights
Materials supplied by Anna are for the learner’s personal educational use unless permission says otherwise. Progress depends on many factors and no particular result or exam outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Governing-law, dispute and provider information must be completed for launch.
